These Terms govern your use of Teacher's Aide ("the Platform"), operated by Teacher's Aide Ltd from Nairobi, Kenya.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details, including your full name, phone number, and account type (School Admin, Teacher Pro, or Teacher on Practice). You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
2. Subscriptions and payments
Pricing per term: Junior School KSh 15,000, High School KSh 18,000, Teacher Pro KSh 1,500, Teacher on Practice KSh 500. Subscriptions renew per term and may be cancelled at any time.
3. Teacher on Practice accounts
TP accounts are valid only for the practice period you specify at sign-up. Once your TP end date passes, your account is automatically locked. You may upgrade to Teacher Pro at any time to retain access and data.
4. Acceptable use
You will not upload content that infringes copyright, contains malware, or violates Kenyan law. The Platform may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. AI outputs
AI-generated lesson plans and other materials are aids, not substitutes for professional judgement. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before classroom use.
6. Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the prior twelve months.
